Vegetable Pizza

The first time Jen had this, her sister-in-law Michele made it. we’ve had variations of this recipe, and this version is still our favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1pkg. refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • ½ package dry Ranch mix
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • chopped vegetables (tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
  • cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Unroll rolls and press into pan, pressing seams together.
  2. Bake until lightly brown, about 10 minutes.
  3. Cool dough.
  4. Mix cream cheese, Ranch, and mayonnaise.
  5. Spread over dough.
  6. Sprinkle vegetables and cheese on the top.
  7. It is better if you let this sit overnight in the refrigerator.
