This easy recipe comes from Grandpa Bugga (Jennifer’s Father). This is the one receipe he made for Jennifer’s wedding reception. The secret to success is: “you have to get your hands in it”. If the mixture becomes too dry to work with, add a little bit of water. These freeze really well.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 10 oz cheese
- 3 cups baking mix
Directions
- Mix ingredients together well until all the baking mix is fully consumed.
- Form into 1-inch balls and place on an aluminon foil-lined baking sheet
- Flash-freeze the balls and store in plastic freezer bag until ready to be baked.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
- Serve with mustard as a dipping sauce.
