Jen’s Young Women’s president at church gave me this recipe before I left for college. Ingredients can also be placed in crockpot.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Velveeta, cubed
- 1 lb sausage
- 3/4 cup salsa
Directions
- Crumble sausage in pan and brown until done.
- Drain well and add Velveeta and salsa.
- Stir until cheese melts and ingredients are mixed well.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
