Jen’s Baked Beans

This is my all time favorite recipe. The jalapeño makes this a spicy version.

Ingredients

  • 3 16.5 oz cans pork & beans
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 1/8 green pepper (diced)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp of mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and stir well
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours
  3. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes
