Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup milk (original recipe called for 1 cup milk)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 cups (1 can) creamstyle corn

Directions

  1. Melt butter in baking dish.
  2. Add eggs, sugar, flour, and milk and mix well. Stir in corn.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave 4 1/2 minutes, stir, and cook 4 1/2 more minutes.
