Coconut Clusters

Ingredients

  • 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Combine coconut and milk
  2. Shape coconut mixture into balls or logs
  3. Place each on parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes
  4. Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals until completely melted
  5. Use forks to dip coconut into chocolate and transfer to container cookie sheet to harden
