Ingredients
- 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Combine coconut and milk
- Shape coconut mixture into balls or logs
- Place each on parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes
- Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals until completely melted
- Use forks to dip coconut into chocolate and transfer to container cookie sheet to harden
